What is your return and exchange policy?
We enforce a strict No Returns and No Cash Refunds policy due to the delicate, premium nature of our garments. We only accept claims for manufacturing defects, incorrect items delivered, or transit damage.
Why is an unboxing video mandatory for claims?
To protect against transit tampering and fraudulent claims, a single, continuous, unedited unboxing video is strictly mandatory. The video must start before opening the sealed package and be sent to us within 48 hours of delivery.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can cancel your order within a strict 12-hour grace period from the time of placement for a full refund. Once this window closes or the item dispatches, cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances.
How long will it take to ship and deliver my order?
Standard orders take 1 to 3 business days to process and ship from our workshop. Delivery across India typically takes an additional 3 to 10 business days via our premium shipping partners, Blue Dart and Delhivery.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, we operate exclusively on a prepaid basis through secure payment gateways to prioritize production management and fraud prevention.
Are minor embroidery or color variations considered defects?
No. Our collections feature premium handcrafted embroidery, handwork, and artisanal dye lots. Subtle variations in texture, shade, and embellishment placement are natural characteristics of luxury wear, not structural defects.
