1. Order Processing & Dispatch
Prepaid Orders Only
All orders placed on Not So Sanskari™ are accepted on a 100% prepaid basis. We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services. Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
Processing Timeline
Each garment undergoes a careful quality inspection before dispatch to ensure it meets our standards.

Ready-to-Ship Orders: Dispatched within 1–3 business days from the date of payment confirmation.

Made-to-Order / Customized Pieces: Dispatch timelines may vary depending on the complexity of handwork, custom tailoring requirements, or production schedules. Estimated timelines, if applicable, will be communicated separately.
Please note that business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–10 business days, depending on the destination city, state, and serviceability of the delivery pin code.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation containing your tracking details will be sent to your registered email address and/or mobile number.
3. Delays Beyond Our Control
While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, delivery dates are indicative and cannot be guaranteed.
Not So Sanskari™ shall not be held liable for delays arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Adverse weather conditions

Public holidays, strikes, or civil disturbances

Government restrictions or regulatory actions

Natural disasters or other force majeure events

4. Delivery Attempts & Re-Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout, including:

Active contact number
If a shipment is returned to us due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address details,

Repeated failed delivery attempts, or

Customer unavailability,
the customer may be required to bear the applicable re-shipping charges before the order can be dispatched again.
5. Secure Packaging & Claims Policy
Every order is packed with utmost care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
As part of our dispatch protocol:

Each shipment is documented before being sealed and handed over to the courier partner.

Orders are dispatched in secure packaging designed to minimize the risk of transit damage.
Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To enable us to investigate and resolve any concerns efficiently, customers are requested to record a single, continuous, unedited video while opening their package.
The video must:

Begin before the outer packaging is opened,

Clearly show the sealed package,

Capture the complete unboxing process without interruption.
This video will be required for claims relating to:

Missing items,
-
Incorrect products received, or
-
Transit-related damage.
Unfortunately, we may be unable to process such claims in the absence of a valid unboxing video.
6. Shipping Charges
Domestic Shipping

Complimentary shipping is offered on all domestic orders above ₹10,000.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout prior to payment.
International Shipping
International shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and any additional local charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified at checkout.
Delivery timelines for international orders may vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.
