CANCELLATION POLICY
At Not So Sanskari™ (operated by The Style Collective), we strive to process and fulfill your luxury orders as quickly as possible. Because our garments involve meticulous preparation, quality staging, and often custom adjustments, we enforce a strict timeline for order cancellations.
1. The 12-Hour Cancellation Window

Before 12 Hours: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement for a full refund to your original payment method.

After 12 Hours / Post-Dispatch: Once the 12-hour grace period has expired, or if the order has already been dispatched (whichever occurs first), the order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel an order within the permitted 12-hour window, you must contact our customer support team immediately with your Order Number:

Cancellation requests made via social media comments or direct messages will not be entertained. You must use our official WhatsApp or Email channels.
3. Refund Processing for Cancelled Orders

Approved Cancellations: Once your cancellation request is received and verified within the valid 12-hour timeframe, a full refund will be initiated.

Timeline: The refund amount will be automatically credited back to your original payment source (credit card, debit card, net banking, or UPI). Please allow 7 business days for the transaction to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing cycles.
